Silver Spring Swimming Pool Removal

One of our recent projects was a swimming pool removal in Silver Spring, Maryland. The new homeowners had just purchased the house, and they wanted to remove the pool before moving in. Also, the swimming pool was in need of a complete rehabilitation, and the construction was inferior. The first step in removing the pool was to drain the remaining water out of the pool. Then, we broke up the concrete surrounding the pool and hauled away all of the materials. Unsurprisingly, the pool came apart quite easily and quickly during the demolition process. This was a result of the pool’s poor construction. Next, we back-filled the pool with topsoil and regraded the entire yard. The results of the demolition were successful, and the family can now choose to regrow the lawn or even create an outdoor entertaining area.

The results of the pool removal project are day and night. As expected, the new backyard is sizeable, open and move-in ready.
